The Democratic Club of Phelps County would like to invite you to our annual Stump Rally which will be held Saturday, October 10, 2020 from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm at Veterans Memorial Park (http://www.scrvg.org/).
The club’s Stump Rally is a long-standing tradition which has brought Democratic candidates to the Rolla area to meet rural Democrats in the Missouri Ozarks. In the past, our speakers have included both state-wide and local candidates running for office ranging from governor to county commission.
Each candidate is encouraged to give a brief “stump speech” and meet as many local Democrats as possible.
With this year’s challenges due to the coronavirus our Stump Rally will have a different look and feel: masks and social distancing will be required and there will not be any food provided by the club. All club participants and speakers should bring their own beverages and snacks.
