The Democratic Club of Phelps County would like to invite you to the annual Fall Kickoff Meeting which will be held Thursday, September 30, 2021 from 6:00 pm – 8:30 pm.
NOTE: This meeting is being held on the 5th Thursday of the month due to scheduling problems.
This will be the first general meeting since the Stump Picnic which was held last July, so please do come and meet some friends you may have not seen for a while. There will not be a speaker at this event as it is primarily a meeting where ideas for the future of the club are solicited, committee tasks are discussed, and new club officers are inducted.
PANDEMIC PROTOCOL
Considering the current situation with COVID-19, we will operate under following safety guidelines:
MASK - Masks will be required FOOD - this event will not include a potluck-style meal. Dessert and beverages (coffee, water, and tea) will be provided. SEATING - please consider bringing chairs to help disperse the crowd.
