THE DINNER:

Prepared by Vidies Catering of Lebanon will consist of: beef or chicken entrée, two vegetables, salad, desert, and bread. Complimentary wine donated by St James Winery will be available.

SCHEDULE:

• 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm - Social Hour:  Check in, pay membership dues if needed, and begin to bid on silent auction items.
• 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm - Buffet Dinner and continue to bid on silent auction items.
• 7:00 pm to 7:30 pm - Club announcements and guest presentation.(silent auction is closed).
• 7:30 pm to 8:30 pm - Pay for auction items.
• 8:30 pm to 10:00 pm - Farewells and clean up.
